Timothy Bergin
Having qualified as a barrister in 1987, Tim made the decision to practice law from chambers in Brighton. Since making that decision, he has built up a strong local practice in the area of family law, specialising in children cases.
Tim trained as a family mediator in 1987 with 'Law Wise' and continues to offer family mediation alongside his practice as a barrister.
Recently mentioned in 'Chambers 500' for his ability to to bring 'tremendous sensitivity to harrowing children's work'.
Tim is married with a young family.
